Photos help a lot. Text them to (780) 719-2120 — a walk-around plus a shot of the VIN plate is ideal.
- It's in an underground parkade (tell us the ceiling height)
- It's behind a locked gate, in a back alley, or up a narrow lane
- It's been buried in snow or grown into the grass
- It's on soft ground, in a field, or in a treed windbreak
- There are several vehicles — give us a count and we'll price the group
- It's a commercial or oilfield unit with mounted tanks or residual contents
What You'll Need at Pickup
Two things, and that's the whole list.
We prepare and provide the bill of sale, both parties sign, and you keep a copy.
- Proof of ownership — your Alberta registration or title, in your name
- Valid government-issued photo ID — you must be the registered owner and at least 18
Please remove your licence plates before we arrive. In Alberta plates belong to you, not the vehicle — you'll want them to cancel your registration at a registry agent.

Send: make, rough year, whether each unit rolls and steers, whether the VIN is readable, and how many. A phone walk-around video of the yard is the single most useful thing you can send.
Clearing a dozen units in one planned operation costs us far less than a dozen separate trips, and that efficiency goes into your number. We can also discuss disposal documentation if your environmental or compliance file requires it.

How fast can you pick up?
Often the same day you call, and usually within 24 hours in Edmonton and the surrounding towns.
Is the quote really free?
Yes, and there's no obligation. We don't charge for quotes, towing, or paperwork.
Do I need to be there at pickup?
Normally yes, because the registered owner has to sign the bill of sale and provide ID. If that's genuinely impossible — you've moved away, for example — call and we'll talk through the options.
Can you buy a vehicle that isn't registered to me?
No. Neither of us can legally complete that sale. Call and we'll explain what process applies.
What if I just have questions and I'm not ready to sell?
Call anyway. We'd rather answer questions than pressure anyone, and if selling privately is the better move for your vehicle we'll tell you.
